By downloading, installing, or using the FlashX mobile application and services provided by FlashX ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use FlashX services
You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
Identity Verification (KYC)
All users must complete identity verification to access full platform features
You must provide valid government-issued identification documents
We reserve the right to suspend accounts pending verification completion
3. Services
Cryptocurrency Trading
FlashX provides trading for Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USDT, USDC, and Solana (SOL)
All cryptocurrency rates are determined by real-time market data with platform spreads
Minimum trade amounts and daily limits apply
Bills Payment
Pay electricity bills, purchase airtime and data, and handle utility payments
Payment processing times may vary by service provider
Failed payments will be refunded to your FlashX wallet
Digital Wallet
Store and manage Nigerian Naira and supported cryptocurrencies
Withdraw NGN to verified Nigerian bank accounts
Transaction limits apply based on KYC verification level
4. Fees
Trading fees apply when selling cryptocurrency
Fees are built into the sell rate and displayed before confirmation
5. Prohibited Activities
Using the platform for fraudulent or illegal activities
Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits
Attempting to manipulate cryptocurrency prices
Using automated tools or bots
Sharing account credentials
6. Risk Disclosure
Warning: Cryptocurrency trading involves significant risk of loss. Prices can be highly volatile and may result in complete loss of investment.
Cryptocurrency values can fluctuate dramatically
Past performance does not guarantee future results
You may lose some or all of your invested funds
7. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend your account for:
Violation of these Terms and Conditions
Suspicious or fraudulent activity
Failure to complete required verification
Legal or regulatory compliance reasons
8. Limitation of Liability
FlashX services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our liability is limited to direct damages actually incurred and shall not exceed the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved in Nigerian courts.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Material changes will be communicated through in-app notifications or email.
